Presenting Food Innovation for Industry 2016

On the 8th August, our young researchers met at the NoWFOOD Centre in Chester to present applied food research they have developed. The conference has been reported by Caroline Wood  with the meeting review available here.  The feed back from the researchers from Sheffield Business School, University of Nottingham, French universities (Bordeaux, Paris and Toulouse) and Junior Consultants has been fantastic.  The projects show many opportunities for the food industry and it is hoped that we are able to deliver this meeting again.  The theme of connecting product development and innovation to sustainability and security was evident in Caroline’s summary report.
